Reach your potential with our three-year graduate programme, created to put you on the path to leadership at The University of Manchester.
Future Leaders is a work-based development programme for recent University of Manchester graduates. Over the course of the programme, you’ll gain practical knowledge through three 12-month placements that will provide varied experience working across several different departments within Professional Services at the University.
You’ll also complete a structured programme of development and mentorship designed to bolster your professional skills.
At the end of the course, you’ll be offered permanent full-time employment at The University of Manchester.
